I have this short story with Female!Bruce Wayne and it's a bit shippy. My question is can they be posted in comms that are slashy like worlds_finest or nowweretwo or would it only be allowed in Batman fan fiction comms since it's not male/male.

I don't slash. It's not so much God fearing as Uber religious mother fearing.
